North West

The north west surrounding area of Saskatoon is very appealing to people as there are many towns and acreages within a 10 – 20 minute drive of the city. One of the biggest benefits of the north west side of Saskatoon is the easy access to the lakes up north. Most towns are within minutes of Highway 11 which a direct highway up to Prince Albert and then from there up to some of the most popular lakes and provincial parks in province like Waskesiu, Candle, and Emma.

Aside from the towns listed below there are other towns, acreages and new developments that often get overlooked. These include: Asquith, Borden, Cathedral Bluffs, Corman Park, Hague, Hepburn, Herschel, Laird, Langham, Osler, Radisson, Rosthern, and Waldheim. If you are looking to move to a smaller community or looking for new developments or acreages it is very beneficial to work with a Saskatoon real estate agent.
